Recently, the FM24C512DA1 automotive-grade memory chip independently developed by Shanghai Fudan Microelectronics Group has passed the AEC-Q100 Grade 1 verification and has been used in many cars. The chip is a 524288-bit serial electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) suitable for a variety of automotive-grade applications. Fudan Micro also plans to launch more automotive-grade products that meet AEC-Q100, including EEPROM and NOR/NAND Flash memories of different capacities.
