Gaoyun Semiconductor Completes RMB 880 Million B+ Round of Financing

Guangdong Gowin Semiconductor Technology has completed a B+ round of financing of RMB 880 million, which will be used for technology research and development, marketing and operation management. This round of financing was led by Guangzhou Bay Area Semiconductor Industry Group, followed by Guangdong-Macao Semiconductor Industry Investment Fund and Shanghai Semiconductor Equipment Materials Industry Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), and old shareholders also continued to invest. Gowin Semiconductor is the only FPGA company in China that has obtained mainstream automotive certification. In the future, it will focus on the automotive field and provide reliable and efficient FPGA products.
