Samsung leads mass production of ninth-generation V-NAND flash memory technology

Samsung announced that its ninth-generation V-NAND 1Tb TLC product has been put into mass production, using advanced channel hole etching technology, and the bit density is about 50% higher than the previous generation. The new product has higher performance, lower power consumption, supports PCIe 5.0, and is suitable for the needs of the future AI era.
