NAURA has launched 8-inch products in the field of silicon carbide epitaxial equipment. Based on 8-inch substrates, the company has achieved independent research and development and debugging of 8-inch monolithic silicon carbide epitaxial growth equipment, with epitaxial thickness uniformity within 1.5% and doping uniformity within 4%, reaching the industry-leading level.
