TSMC and Samsung interested in using ASML's high numerical aperture EUV tools

TSMC and Samsung have both expressed interest in using ASML's high numerical aperture EUV tools, but have not yet announced specific start dates. ASML has received 10 to 20 orders, including pilot equipment from memory specialists SK Hynix and Micron.
