The production capacity of the Hangzhou base of Lianwei reaches 90,000 pieces/year, and the Haining base is expected to be put into production in the fourth quarter of 2024

In an interview with an institution, Lianwei said that its Hangzhou base has expanded its production capacity to about 90,000 pieces per year; the Haining base is expected to be put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2024, with an annual production capacity of about 60,000 pieces in the first phase. Lianwei's compound semiconductor RF chip business segment product line includes 6-inch HBT, pHEMT, BiHEMT, VCSEL and other products.
