Zhuhai Tiancheng Advanced Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. recently held a grand technology platform launch conference and celebrated the official launch of its 12-inch wafer-level TSV three-dimensional integration production line. The company launched a technology platform called "Jiuzhong", which is the first wafer-level three-dimensional integration technology system named in Chinese.
