Samsung Electronics releases new memory roadmap

Samsung Electronics recently released a new storage roadmap, planning to launch a series of innovative storage solutions in the next few years. Among them, the most eye-catching is the next-generation V-NAND technology with more than 400 layers to be launched in 2026 and the 0a nm DRAM based on the VCT structure to be launched in 2027. These new technologies will help improve the performance and capacity of storage devices to meet the growing demand for data processing.
