Zhejiang Wangrong Semiconductor Co., Ltd. plans to invest in the construction of an IGBT packaging and module production base in Yi County with a total investment of 500 million yuan. The project will build new packaging and module production lines and establish an IGBT packaging and module production base with an annual output of 14 million units that integrates production, testing and sales. It is expected that the project will achieve an annual revenue of 150 million yuan and an annual tax payment of 4 million yuan after reaching full production.
