Development History of SemiDrive

Since its establishment in 2018, CoreDrive Technology has continued to grow and develop. In October 2019, the company completed the tape-out of China's first 16nm automotive-grade chip in just 16 months. In December 2020, the AEC-Q100 reliability certification for the Cabin Core/Drive Core/Network Core series of products was completed. In December 2021, the Network Core became China's first central gateway chip to obtain national secret information security certification, with monthly mass production shipments reaching 100,000 pieces. In July 2022, mass production shipments of 1 million chips were completed. In April 2023, the entire chip was upgraded to embrace central computing: the Cabin Core/Drive Core products were upgraded at the same time to reach the world's first-class level. In April 2024, CoreDrive Technology's MCU chip MCAL software obtained TÜV Rheinland ASIL D functional safety product certification. In March 2024, the cockpit chip was upgraded again, and CoreDrive Technology released the X9H 2.0G.
