Samsung purchases Lasertec's High-NA EUV mask inspection tool

Samsung has reportedly purchased Lasertec's High-NA EUV mask inspection tool Actis A300. Using the High-NA EUV dedicated tool to inspect semiconductor masks can improve contrast by more than 30% compared to conventional EUV dedicated tools.
