Lattice Power Microelectronics Completes Pre-A Round of Financing

Jingneng Microelectronics has completed its first round of financing. The Pre-A round of financing was led by Walden International, followed by Jiayu Capital, Gaorong Capital, Wofeng Industrial and other institutions. The company said that this round of financing will mainly be used for R&D investment in power semiconductor modules, production line construction, and technical team building. Jingneng Microelectronics has the ability to design chips, manufacture modules, and obtain automotive certification. The company takes inverter power modules as the entry point to develop automotive-grade IGBT chips and modules, SiC devices, medium and low voltage MOSFETs and other products. This round of financing is to invest in the research and development of power semiconductor modules such as IGBT and SiC.
