SemiDrive Technology launches X10 chip, leading the new trend of AI cockpit processors

CoreDrive Technology has released its latest generation of AI cockpit chip X10. The chip is based on the ARMv9.2 CPU architecture, with a CPU performance of 200K DMIPS, a GPU of 1800 GFLOPS and an NPU of 40 TOPS, as well as a 128-bit LPDDR5X memory interface. X10 uses a 4nm advanced process, which is more advantageous than the 7nm/5nm process of the current mainstream high-end automotive chips. X10 series chips are scheduled to start mass production in 2026.
