Huawei plans to produce 100,000 Ascend 910C chips and 300,000 Ascend 910B chips this year, and expects to produce 450,000 chips in 2025. Ascend 910C adopts SMIC's 7nm (N+2) process technology, has approximately 53 billion transistors, and a single-card half-precision floating point (FP16) can reach more than 1200TFlops, with performance fully comparable to NVIDIA H100.
