Tesla's next-generation FSD chip AI5/HW5 has entered mass production, with performance significantly improved to 2000~2500 TOPS. The chip is jointly manufactured by TSMC and Samsung and uses the 3nm N3P process. In addition, Tesla plans to equip the AI5/HW5 hardware kit with an upgraded FSD camera.
